Just the location, close to UAE borders. Staff was helpful.

The room was not clean, I found other people' s hair in my bed and in bathtub. I doubt it has been properly cleaned. AC control does not properly work and AC is extremely loud and its impossible to regulate the fan - so end up being sick from the strong air blow overnight. Room feels like a prison, small window facing inside of the compound.

Probably not go again as overall not a comfortable restful experience compared to other budget hotel

It seemed adequately clean.

Television did not work well old TV and poor channel selection compared to other hotels same price in Oman. WiFi did not connect.

the price and the location

the bathroom is dirty. the WIFI is very very very bad. The phone signal is very poor inside the hotel (outside is good) the bed is not comfortable at all. I got back pain from it. the TV is not working.

Great location!

Good location, good front desk staff ( they should all get raise and incentives for excellent jobs they r doing boy some guests were really rude to them!! For not being patient!!

I had 2 child . And I had hard time sleeping due to lack of space ! If the sofa foldable bed would have been easier to relax! Website booking discrepancy when says child stay free....
